THE LAUGHTER GYM - Rib-tickling, heart-warming and fun!
This hour of hilarity will help you to lighten up with friends and family, immediately break the ice and guffaw your way to a stress-free, party weekend. Exercises are quirky and playful and include laughter warm-ups, laughter yoga, laughter meditation and loads of giggles… A real bonding treat for brides, hens and birthday queens.

LOVE CHOCOLATE WORKSHOPS - Indulgent, creative & delicious!
Chocolate is the food of the gods and we LOVE it! Let us take you on a mouth-watering voyage of discovery through everything CHOCOLATE! Our Love Chocolatiers are beautifully trained, warm and experienced. We use only the finest chocolate and ingredients at a price to suit all palettes.
The Love Chocolate 360 - A deep dive into chocolate!
What To Expect: Act the chocolate connoisseur with blind tastings. Learn the origins of chocolate and the journey from bean to bar. Learn how to temper chocolate and guess unusual ingredients. Design an enormous chocolate button! Make and decorate truffles together and craft your own creations from fudge. Take home lovingly packaged chocolates created by you. Devour giant marshmallows dipped in liquid chocolate.

The Chocolate Express-o
Great for larger groups and mixed groups. A quick-fire, energising and divine hour for friends and hens on the run!
What To Expect: A guessing game about chocolate history with mini choccy prizes and a chance to act the chocolate connoisseur. Blind tastings with divine chocolate, make a giant button. Plus marshmallow dipping!

CHOCOLATE CHUCKLES PACKAGE - Unique, energising, & inspiring!
Amandala’s homegrown blend of both a Laughter Gym Session and a Love Chocolate 360 Workshop. This is the ultimate, half a day event where laughter shines first and often lunch takes place in between.

WOODLAND WELLBEING WALKS - Beautiful, calming & restorative
Take your heart on a journey through the trees to relax and connect with nature in the most profound, sensory and mindful way. Woodland Wellbeing (Shinrin Yoku) can be performed in your own park, woodland or arranged here in Sussex. Ask for further details. Each group event is bespoke.

The Ins & Outs:
Email your requests, location and dates. A deposit is required for all sessions to secure the date, time, venue and teacher/s. PAY THE REST LATER. We are fully mobile and can bring laughter and chocolate into to your home or hired apartment. Venue costs are additional if necessary and we can arrange a venue in your behalf. Occasionally, dietary requirements are accepted and a small, extra fee will apply. Preparation time is needed for chocolate workshops. Prices relate to events in East Sussex. Additional fees may apply elsewhere.
